Adding a customer

You can add customers directly from the Customers page, or on the fly while booking a job. Capture name, phone, and email at a minimum — email is what status notifications use.

Finding a customer

Search by name, phone, or email. Open a customer to see their details and their full repair history.

Keeping details current

Edit a customer any time their contact details change. Accurate details keep your notifications landing and your records clean.
